OUPV Final Payment

OUPV course is non-refundable unless class is cancelled by Explorers Guide.  This is the payemnt that is due 1 week prior to the start of class.  If you find that you are unable to attend, please contact Explorers Guide at least 24 hours PRIOR to the start of class to transfer your payment to another class when/if available.  Transfers are approved on  space available only.   Transfer policy is cancellation from the original enrollment only.  If your original enrollment class  is cancelled by Explorers Guide, your payment will be refunded.  Transfers to other courses because you were unable to attend the original class are not refundable.  Examples: 1- Explorers Guide Cancelles your original course and you do not wish to transfer your deposit, your payment is refundable.  2- Your payment was transfered to another course, and the original course was held, that payment is no longer refundable but may be applied to any other course space available.  Please contact Explorers Guide with questions prior to your final payment.
